On January 11, 2013, Korngold Consulting launched the Board Leadership Academy with its inaugural program for NGO/nonprofit CEOs, board chairs and chairs-elect, heads of corporate foundations who are responsible for board-matching at their companies, and business executives considering their first, second, or third NGO/nonprofit boards. The Nonprofit Finance Fund participated in the inaugural program as did the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy. The Board Leadership Academy will present additional programs in partnership with NGOs/nonprofits and corporations.
